If you feel that a bonus was paid out in error please make sure your script instructions are clear as to what a "Goal Reached" call should be. If there is any room for misinterpretation the script should be edited to prevent this in the future.

If you would still like to dispute a bonus, please email support@upcall.com. All disputed must be make within 7 calendar days from the day the call was made. 

Upcall cannot withhold any payments to Upcallers after 7 calendar days.
