When Upcallers earn a bonus, it's held for 7 calendar days from the time the bonus is earned. This is to give you enough time to review it and ensure the bonus is valid.
If an Upcaller completed a call on Monday and earned a bonus for setting an appointment on that call, the bonus for that call would be paid to the Upcaller the following Monday.
You would need to let us know via email that you are disputing the bonus before Monday.
