Call Ratings

The best way to ensure Callers are having great conversations with your list of contacts is to review their calls regularly. You don't need to review every call, just spot check a handful of calls each day.

1. Navigate to the Call Outcomes section of the campaign you want to review. You'll see this link in the middle of the page.

2. Click on the call you'd like to review from the list.

3.  You'll see a panel pop up on the right. This panel will allow you to rate the call thumbs up or thumbs down. Choose from a list of attributes that tell the Upcaller why you chose thumbs up or thumbs down. Include any specific feedback in the text box. Add a tip if you like.

4. Hit Submit

Our Callers are highly skilled and have a lot of experience in the industry. They like what they do and want to improve. Give them the tools to succeed and you'll also see the payout with each successful goal reached.

Review a mix of calls, not just the ones where a goal was reached. If a goal wasn't reached, you'll want to know why and find a way to make it better.
