You can however add an FAQ as a resource for agents to use to answer any common questions they may encounter from your leads.

We recommend that your leads have seen some sort of content, ad, or other material that explains your product to them and piques their interest. That's the best time to have an Upcall Sales Assistant call them and ask your qualifying questions.
