We don't currently have a chat system that connects Upcallers and Campaigners. The best way to communicate information to Upcallers is by doing the following:
- Include specific instructions within the Instructions area of the script builder. This helps to ensure all Upcallers get the same information and limits your need to answer the same questions over and over.
- Include an FAQ section in the Additional Instructions are. This is provided for you to include answers to common questions the Upcallers may get from your contacts. This is also a useful area to include links to external documentation like your company website or FAQ section of the site for the Upcallers to open and reference.
