Let's get you set up!

All you'll need to do, is get your unique Upcall email (provided by your Client Success Advisor), and add that email address into the notification settings within the lead source you are wanting to connect with Upcall. 

Please follow these instructions: 

  1. Login to your Dashboard.

2. Select "Settings" in top right hand corner.

3. Select "User Settings" from the drop down menu.

4. Input your custom U email into the "Email / Username:" field.

5. Please make sure to save changes.

Once you have complete these steps, you're good to go!

Let’s test it out!

Once you have added your Upcall email to your source, you can test it out by visiting the website/landing page where your leads are being captured, and submit an inquiry. Please use your name as the leads name, and that way we will know it's a test lead. 

You will know that everything has processed correctly once you see that test lead within your Upcall dashboard.
