Upcall doesn't require Upcallers make a minimum number of calls per day, week, month, etc. Call as much or as little as you'd like.
We suggest that you don't think about the number of calls you've made in a day. The Upcallers who earn the most don't make the most calls. The Upcallers who are most successful focus on their pickup rates and conversion rates.
Upcallers who are persistent and do all that they can to complete the objective of the campaign earn the most. This means taking the time to navigate through IVRs or other automated answering systems, convincing people to allow them to speak with decision-makers, and accurately asking and collecting important information.
