As an Upcaller, you are expected to represent the companies you call for and conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner. If your account is deactivated, it limits your ability to earn income. That’s why we believe it is important to have clear policies that explain the circumstances in which you may be denied access to Upcall.
There will always be unforeseen events that may ultimately lead to you losing access to your driver account — and we’ll update this policy regularly — but the following are sufficient cause for Upcall to take action: quality; inappropriate conduct; and fraud.
We have a team that specializes in reviewing the calls you complete. They score several different components of a call to ensure each call is up to Upcall and our Campaigner's standards. You must maintain a minimum score in each category in order to keep your account active.
Should you fall below the minimum requirements, and after repeated notifications, you may be deactivated.
Upcallers should always remain professional and calm when speaking to a lead. Should we deem any conduct on a call to be unprofessional, harassing, threatening or otherwise inappropriate, the Upcaller will be deactivated.
Upcaller earnings during suspension will continue to follow normal processing times. We will not expedite processing of earnings for a suspension or deactivation.
Should an Upcaller be found to act inappropriately towards another Upcaller, Campaigner, or Upcall team member, they will be immediately removed from Upcall. Caller Pay Abuse
Callers should make a reasonable effort to control the direction of a conversation and maintain focus on completing the objectives of the call. Should we deem a caller is intentionally extending the length of a call in order to increase their payout, that caller will be deactivated.
Upcallers are responsible for accurately entering information in call forms in order to earn their full bonuses. A lost bonus due to incorrectly filling out a form will not be paid to the Upcaller.
As long as the Upcaller followed all script directions to a reasonably acceptable standard and met the 5 appointment criteria described in this document, the Upcaller should be paid the bonus and the Campaigner should be charged for it.
