When a call queue is available for calling, it will have a green dot. 

When a call queue is temporarily unavailable for calling, it will have a red dot. 

Here are some reasons why a call queue may be temporarily unavailable for calling (red dot).

  • It's outside calling hours. Click here to view calling hours.
  • There are no more leads to call at the moment. Check back every 15 minutes or so.
  • The queue is undergoing an update. Check back every 15 minutes or so.
  • You are not using the most updated version of the Upcall site. Log out, clear your cache, and restart your browser. You don't need to restart your computer, just quit your browser and then reopen the browser.
