A call queue is a collection of campaigns that have similar objectives. Here's an example:
The Real Estate call queue has all the campaigns that qualify real estate leads. You may see several different companies within the call queue. You may make one phone call for Coldwell Banker and on your next call you may be calling for Keller Williams.
You may make a phone call to set an appointment for the real estate agent named John Smith from Coldwell Banker on one phone call and on the next you may make a similar call to set an appointment for the real estate agent named Sally Gussman also from Coldwell Banker.
How do I join a call queue?
When you click on a call queue, you will see a popup that shows you all the badges you need in order to make calls for that call queue. If you have the badge, you'll see it highlighted in green. If you need to complete a badge, you'll want to find the link to the badge module on the Upcaller Badges article.
Once you've completed the required badges for a call queue, you will be able to call on all the campaigns within that call queue. You can join as many call queues as you would like.
