This happens for two main reasons: 

  1. Our system is preparing more contacts to call and it hasn't quite refreshed yet. Check back in 30 minutes to see if more contacts have been processed and made available for you to call.
  2. It's almost the end of a list. As you get towards the end of a contact list, you'll start to see the same contacts popping up more frequently. This can be further inconvenienced if the callback interval is set low.

    If you start to see the same contact pop up and you're near the end of the list, it's a good idea to step away to find another campaign to work on until it's a better time to try and call this contact back.
